...of the collaboration that began in 2012. Our founders began working together on a custom case management app for a small law firm in Chapel Hill, North Carolina. Both were already using Django and loved doing Python development.
After years of working together in various capacities on several different projects, they decided to found a new company together. The name comes from the fact that each of our founders have a name that means rock: Peter and Rocha.
Victor began doing Python development in 2008 because it afforded him the performance needed to meet his goals in developing mathematical analysis and modeling solutions. From there it made good sense to use Django starting in 2010 when he first began building practice management software for a law firm. Since then, he has worked with small and midsize development teams on projects from NGOs, startups, and small businesses. He also developed successful cloud-based trust accounting software for attorneys called Account Legal.
Peter built his first website as a teen in 1995. Early on he did Perl, then PHP. He's been loving Python since he started building with Django in 2011. He has been doing web development with an emphasis on marketing full time since 2009. He is also fluent in search engine optimization and manages ad campaigns for clients. When he isn't working on customer-facing apps, he loves building backend systems to make companies more efficient. He is also our devops specialist with a wide range of experience deploying apps in the cloud and working with AWS.

Delphine quickly found that she liked the work and problem solving involved in development while doing a Computer Programming program in community college. She studied HTML, CSS, SQL, Java, Python, and C#. Her final internship was in a .NET based company where she bettered a payment app and connected it to text and email alerts. After stints in WordPress work, supply chain management, and more .NET development, Delphine joined Two Rock, where she keeps all the projects moving, tests new features, hunts bugs, and solves problems in Django.
